Gymnasynchrodiving
I am enjoying watching the olympic gymnastics and diving. I hope I catch the synchronized swimming later on. Those are really the only three things I'm particularly interested in. Since we "never" watch TV and don't have cable, I was surprised to find we get a/the channel that shows the olympics quite clearly on our set without even moving it to the other room for a better connection (which is what we used to do to catch a football game once or twice a year).
Like Julie, we've been watching in the evenings with the kids, then sending them to bed - and once we even taped the rest for them (Carly Patterson's special night). We had to dig around in the cabinet to find a suitable vhs device to tape over. We hadn't taped anything from TV since...since...actually, I can't remember ever taping anything before! Must be because we never watch anything but library videos and Netflix, national disasters and the Superbowl. And now the Olympics.
Unfortunately, my husband isn't too interested in the olympics, so I have to sit on the couch with my laptop (for commercial breaks with the mute button activated) instead of with my beloved... I'm glad the Olympics are only every few years ;-) Maybe if it were more often, I could train myself to type it correctly the first time instead of having to delete a few strokes each time!

We are enjoying the olympics here as well, and did some taping too.
We don't watch much TV either. But the olympics have been really fun to watch.
