Apple Pie Cooling on the Windowsill
Good old Joy of Cooking Apple Pie recipe, only this time I used 10 little gala apples. A welcome snack after school for the kids, and dessert after dinner for my husband.

Wow!! Looks terrific. I guess there are still good old fashioned moments out there. The pie in the windowsill reminds me of the movie Oh Brother Where Art Thou, where the guy steals the pie. Ha ha.
